About Frisco Urgent Care- Primary Medicine & Walk-In Clinic
Jehangir Gowani, MD, FAAP, FACP, is our Medical Director. He has been a practicing physician for more than 20 years and is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Pediatrics. Our Urgent Care Clinic provides pediatric and adult patient care, onsite laboratory tests, surgical preauthorizations, specialist referrals, sleep apnea, and a nearby imaging center for x-rays and MRIs. We have extended evening availability 7 days a week, including select holidays.

Our Urgent Care clinic located in Frisco provides in-person and virtual appointments. Our full range of services includes but is not limited to sick visits, including the flu and cold symptoms, ear infections, eye infections, chronic disease management, wellness screenings, pink eye, respiratory illness, asthma, skin conditions, strep throat, sexually transmitted infections (STI), urinary tract infections (UTI), and minor bruises, sprains, strains, fractures, and minor injuries.
Our compassionate team is trained to treat the entire family, from 12 months to adolescence, teens, adults, and geriatrics.

Yes. We provide urgent care services for pediatric patients 12 months and older.
We offer walk ins, appointments and web checkins to limit your wait time. Our average wait time is less than 15 minutes but can be longer during peak times so we recommend web checkin for the best results.
Absolutely! We provide the same services as primary care providers, with extended clinic hours on weekends and evenings. We can assist you with checking with your insurance to confirm that you can designate our center as your primary care physician.
You do not need an appointment. We accept walk-ins during clinic hours. For the best results, you can make an appointment or do web check-in, but it is not required. We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.
